The Role

As we expand, we are looking for an Account Manager who can lead client relationships with clarity, composure, and strategic intelligence.
The Account Manager reports to senior leadership and serves as the primary bridge between client ambition and agency execution.
This role is not about being a messenger.
It is about being a strategic partner.
You will manage key accounts, lead conversations, shape briefs, and protect the integrity of the work while maintaining calm, controlled composure under pressure. You must be bilingual, culturally sharp, and emotionally intelligent—capable of navigating high-stakes conversations with patience, diplomacy, and authority.

You are the one who absorbs pressure so the team can focus on producing exceptional work.
What You Will Do
Lead Client Relationships
- Act as the senior point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage expectations, timelines, budgets, and approvals with clarity and professionalism
- Navigate high-pressure situations with composure and confidence
Translate Business Into Creative
- Extract the real problem behind the brief
- Shape strategic, insight-led briefs that inspire the creative team
- Ensure every project is aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes
Protect the Work
- Present ideas with clarity and conviction
- Manage feedback constructively while safeguarding creative integrity
- Balance client demands with agency standards
Drive Operational Excellence
- Maintain project timelines and ensure internal coordination across departments
- Monitor scopes and flag out-of-scope requests proactively
- Oversee documentation, approvals, and financial tracking with discipline
Think Strategically
- Contribute to campaign strategy and brand positioning conversations
- Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Support new business pitches with strategic insight and narrative development
Maintain Grace Under Pressure
- Demonstrate patience and emotional intelligence in challenging situations
- Build long-term client trust through consistency, reliability, and calm leadership
- Handle escalation professionally and decisively
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8+ years of agency experience in client servicing or strategic account management
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal intelligence and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage demanding or high-pressure clients
- Strategic thinker who understands brand, culture, and business impact
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm, composed, and solution-oriented
