Exhibition stand design in Dubai
A stand people walk towards, not past.
Inside Earth 2 Earth, the stand we designed for Mashreq at COP28. Mashreq Bank, Mashreq COP28: Earth 2 Earth
An exhibition stand competes with hundreds of others for the same few minutes of attention. The ones that work have a clear idea, a reason to stop and a way to remember the brand afterwards.
We offer exhibition stand design in Dubai and across the UAE as part of our brand experience work. We design and manage, partners build. That means one team owns the concept, the visitor journey and the delivery schedule, and the same team reports on the results.

Joseph and the team were instrumental in launching The Batman at Expo 2020. They successfully translated the gritty world of Gotham City into an immersive pavilion installation, handling both the creative design and technical execution flawlessly.
The project was high-stakes with no room for error, yet the team delivered a standout attraction that drew thousands of visitors. If you need an agency that can execute complex, large-scale ideas with great results, I highly recommend them.

Sustainable exhibition stand design at COP28

We design and manage, partners build. You deal with one team from the first sketch to the last day on the show floor, and we stay accountable for how the stand looks, flows and performs.
For Mashreq at COP28 we designed Earth 2 Earth, a sustainable exhibition stand: 25 square metres made from recycled dead palm fronds sourced in the UAE, so the materials and the story agreed with each other. Inside, a gallery showed the bank's 100% recycled debit and credit cards.
It became the most visited stand at the event, with more than 19K visitors, and the campaign around it reached 13M impressions and $130K in earned media.
Expo pavilion design built to be visited

A good stand gives visitors something to do. The Gotham City Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai gave The Batman launch a place to visit: a pavilion for a city that does not exist, with a Gotham City stamp for Expo passports and Riddler clues to solve inside.
It drew more than 3,000 visitors a day, including members of UAE royal families, and earned 22M impressions online. Limited-edition comics from the pavilion were later listed for resale at up to AED 10K.
We plan the visitor journey first: what draws people in, what they do inside and what they take away.

A stand can also be the start of a digital experience. For the Bullet Train release, Empire Entertainment put a replica of the film's station inside Reel Cinema Dubai, and a browser-based VR experience let moviegoers play from their own phones.
More than 5,000 people played in the opening weekend, every player who started finished, and the average session lasted 3 minutes.

In a client’s words
The concept was tight, the execution was polished, and it created real participation and buzz at launch.

Working with Almost Impossible on Bullet Train was exactly the kind of bold, non-traditional thinking we look for. They took the film’s core story and turned it into a genuinely immersive 360° mobile web VR game that moviegoers actively chose to play. The QR entry point was brilliantly simple, placed directly on the movie posters, so audiences could scan and jump in instantly with zero friction and no app download. The concept was tight, the execution was polished, and it created real participation and buzz at launch. Huge credit to Jobi and the team for the creativity, speed, and collaborative spirit. They delivered an experience that truly cut through.
